Meet Our Founder

Charles Obirinanwa is the founder of Reach for Gold. He is a dynamic leader, writer and has spoken at several events. He is the author of Raising the Bar as a High School Student, a book that offers guidance and inspiration for high school students aiming to excel academically and personally. Charles is passionate about youth empowerment and is a rising business leader.

He is enthusiastic about community development and has been involved in several community development initiatives, as well as voluntary endeavors with Pacelli School of the Blind and Red Cross Society among others. He is a member of several organizations like NAACP, where he was a Chapter President; Honors Society, National Society of Leadership and Success, and Lantern Lessons Community where he currently serves as a Young Adult Volunteer.

He is the host of The Emerging Excellence Workshop, Lead for Gold Leadership series and several other capacity building programs. Charles believes that everyone is a potential achiever when everyone is given an equal opportunity.
