About the Fellowship

The Reach for Gold Social Impact Fellowship is a transformative leadership and capacity building program designed to empower the next generation of leaders who are passionate about creating lasting impact in their communities.

Through a dynamic blend of mentorship, collaborative learning, community engagement, and the design and execution of a capstone project, the fellowship equips selected fellows with the mindset, skills, and tools needed to lead innovative and sustainable social change.

This fellowship is more than a program — it’s a movement of purpose-driven individuals committed to addressing real-world challenges across education, infrastructure, health, economic empowerment, and more.

Since April 2023, the Reach for Gold Initiative has partnered with communities—beginning with the Iboropa community in Ondo state, Nigeria—on redevelopment efforts focused on education, local economy, and sustainable infrastructure. Now, through this fellowship, we are expanding our reach by empowering 100 social innovators to become agents of transformation in communities around the world.

Whether you are a student, early-career professional, nonprofit founder, or community volunteer, if you are ready to take your passion for impact to the next level, then this fellowship is for you.
